This was my 2nd visit after a voucher deal. I returned and booked online but was told on arrival I should have also booked a 'removal' so although it was done without any moaning, I'd put the whole day behind for them and felt awful about it. I particularly wanted my original colour and used the last of the bottle on 1st visit but was told it would definitely be ordered straightaway - it wasn't and now I have plain red nails instead of shiny wine coloured ones.

Friendly staff but I have to suffered with red eyes for 2 days as something get in my eyes during the treatment.
