Booking staff were lovely but the tan I had done took only 5 minutes when it usually takes 30, turned out really streaky and my hand looked really stupid, I wasn’t given a hairnet to protect my hair and the lady didn’t clean the tan off of my nails after I had the treatment done. When the tan had developed, I called the next day as they were no longer open and was told I’d be called by the person who done it to sort something out and I haven’t had anyone attempt to contact me. Awful service the tan looks terrible and half of my body isn’t even tanned because it wasn’t done properly and faded after a day, complete waste of money and completely rushes considering it only took 5minutes to complete, I was shocked when she said it was finished but I waited to see if it turned out okay and it hasn’t and when I let them know that I wasnt happy, nothing was done about it.
