Welcomed on arrival and offered a drink. Prompt service. Friendly therapist. Clean and comfortable. Thorough reflexology treatment but would have liked more feedback.....minor point. Only problem was booking an appointment. Could only do it online. Phone always went to answer machine and various messages only responded to once,.... and I was out! Phone my personal preference.
