Booked and paid for appointment on Treatwell, got a call 30 mins before and told that there was no appointment slot and I could not have my treatment. I could not rebook and still haven’t received my money back. I was told that I would receive a call from the beauty manager to discuss my refund but I am still waiting for that call.

Eyebrow threading requires the therapist to be very close to your face, so I can't believe the therapist wasn't wearing a mask. Felt very unsafe.

I did not like the massage. The girl at reception was really not welcoming and made me feel quite uncomfortable. I booked a 45 min massage and only got a 30 min. Overall not a good experience

Absolutely brilliant as always. Today was tricky with a colour correction, but Dan took time and consulted to make sure he got it right. And he did! I left feeling so much happier.
