After arriving at the studio five minutes before my scheduled appointment I was greeted by a member of staff who took my name and showed me to a waiting area where I could sit. It then took a further 15 minuites of waiting after my scheduled appointment time for someone to do my nails. The staff were very plesent and caring, for example offering me a drink and chocolates ect. However I was slightly disappointed as the original colour I was going to pic I was told was a bit old and gloopy, so instead I picked what I believed was a darker shade of grey glitter, it was more black in the end. I was slightly disappointed at first but I’m perfectly satisfied with my nails and think it no fault of the studio, perhaps just lighting as it was later on in the evening. All in all I think the staff are very kind and the place lovely and welcoming.
The gel nail treatment is definitely satisfactory , but improvements could be made on tardiness and accuracy. Definitely recommend xx

I have the real Christmas look. My hair colour ended up being even better than I thought it would.
Always trying to help, I came in for a blow dry and they managed to squeeze me in some broken nails :-)
