I come quite regularly and never have any problems. I did wait a very long time (40 mins plus) to have my hair done as they were behind schedule with 2 clients nails yet to do. I was acknowledged but it wasn’t clear the wait was that long. This meant that I was late for my next appointment. It also resulted in an extremely long wash which left me with really cold wet hair for a very long time. The head massage in part was lovely though. When I was eventually seen Staff did apologise briefly. It’s a shame though as iv never had that problem before.

Amazing as always - left with beautiful nails and brows and a smooth face! Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
This was my first visit and it will not be the last, I was made to feel very welcome and relaxed while having my hair appointment, Rebecca who attended to me was very professional, helpful, pleasant and did a fantastic job, all my family and friends love my new hairstyle too, many thanks to all the lovely staff, look forward to coming back soon xx
