Pleasant but disappointing. The girl was lovely who did my wax and very friendly, put me right at ease. The salon was nice and clean. Unfortunately she did a Hollywood instead of a Brazilian and also I wasn't totally happy with the end result as quite a few hairs left over some of which I could pluck out and there was a section where too much to do by hand so was a bit too patchy for my liking. Personally I won't return but maybe this was just a one off as she did do her best to make it as painless as possible and as I said lovely staff.
Everyone was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. The staff are polite and friendly. I was really happy with my treatments and shall be returning in the future.
