Really happy with eyelash and eyebrow tint. Subtle as requested and very carefully done. The gel removal and pedicure was also quite good and I was happy with that. The gel manicure didn’t work out unfortunately. The top coat gel bubbled under the lamp and there was a burning sensation on my fingers. The technician tried to correct the bubbles but in hindsight they should probably have been re-done as by the next day they had all cracked and chipped due to being lumpy. It was meant to be a special treat as I was going away the next day so I was a bit disappointed with the fact I had to paint over them myself and they look pretty grubby now 😕. Will learn this for next time. Otherwise the salon experience was good and Charlotte was very attentive and careful, trying hard to do a good job.

Patchy tan, very small, unclean tanning booth. Had run out of paper knickers.
