I was told the lady due to do my lashes was not at the salon and would be there soon but didn’t arrive for a further hour or more. My lashes were done lovely by Taylor and looked really nice. Unfortunately most of my lashes had fallen out before I’d got home with the rest of them out within 48hours despite being advertised as lasting 4-6 weeks. I followed the aftercare and did not wear makeup or use products on my face. Also the salon did not feel relaxing as there were personal discussions taking place loudly between staff members about what I can only assume is a matter with another salon. Very disappointed as I used to like coming here.
Everyone at the salon was lovely and welcoming, enjoyed all of my treatments and can't wait to go back!
A brilliant experience with Molly! She was lovely, as were all the staff at Polish’d! Felt really welcome, just like you’re talking to friends! My hair looked amazing and I had so many compliments! Will definitely be coming back!
