They managed to fit me in at the very last minute and I'd never been before. So helpful and friendly. I went in feeling a hurried mess and came out feeling gorgeous! This will now become my preferred salon.
Really quick and experienced technician. Great results. Corrected the nails where the gels were ‘shrinking’ and said I should call if I had any problems and they would be fixed right away. It was all fine and still looks good several days later.
Really disappointed with my trip to this salon. I arrived five minutes before my appointment at 11:30 but was kept waiting until 11:55. The person due to do my eyebrow tint was washing another clients hair and was running behind. This would have been fine had there not been two other members of staff stood around doing nothing but gossiping. I am sure either are qualified to wash someone’s hair. It wasn’t until 20 minutes had gone by and I asked if it would be long as I had somewhere to be that one of the ladies stood gossiping realises what I was there for and was in fact able to do an eyebrow tint herself.
The actual tint isn’t something I thought could go far wrong but it was pointless. My eyebrow hairs were barely darker and my skin around my eyebrows had been tinted making me look ridiculous. By this point I was so late for my afternoon plans I just had to leave it and go.
I wouldn’t recommend their treatment of eyebrows or of me as a client. Won’t be returning!
