This was my first time using Treatwell and it did not disappoint! I had never been to Polish’d before but I was so happy with my overall experience. I was 5 minutes late to my appointment but I was able to call up through the app to let the salon know. I did have to wait approximately 30 minutes before Alex began to wash, dry and cut my hair but I was happy to wait; the outcome was lovely. I am really happy with my hair cut and I will be returning in due course.
