I felt welcome from the the minute I walked into the shop. I was offered a drink while filling in a form with my details on and asked to sit down.The girl who did my nails was lovely and chatty and did a lovely job. she gave me some advice about helping repair my chewed cuticles and I will be booking again very soon for nails and other treatments
Honestly couldn't have asked for a better hairdresser! Jordan was so lovely, really took her time making sure that I was happy with my colour and style, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Will definitely be back very soon.

Lovely lady doing my nails and eyelashes, my lashes have never looked better so thank you. I spoke to the team earlier in the day about my nails as booked for infils but 3 had fallen off so checked which would be better for them in terms of time - do the infil and 3 new extensions or soak off with colour and rebook for extensions. Was told and agreed soak off option.
Get to salon and the gel on my nails is not the one that the lady had removed before, only 1 person applied this gel in the salon & she was not there today. She tried to soak off with clips, asked advice of the colleague who applied it and was told to carry on. We put clips on and did my lashes. After my lashes the gel was still not budging so we soaked off in a bowl. It was at this point the original lady called and said I could not have colour on my nails, the salon was closing & that I would have to come back another day. The lady doing my nails was willing to stay late to finish my nails and ensure good customer service but was unable to persuade her colleague. I have now left with no colour and owed money off of my next treatment as had paid for infils and not soak off which is cheaper! Overall the lashes are amazing but my treatment over nails where no support was given to the lady working on them was beyond poor. She was amazing throughout the experience and it was no fault of hers that she was struggling to remove the gel.
Steph is lovely. She was waiting for me and asked questions to make sure I got the exact lashes I got. Very friendly and helpful.
