Great salon and the booking process was so easy. It’s great being able to book a selection of treatments online and have the ability to pay online. Salon was lovely and I really enjoyed having my nails done. Would certainly recommend and return.
The nails came out ok, but not very pretty. There was some confusion as for the booking - seems like beautician wasn’t aware what was available online and at what price. Also, choice of colours was extremely poor - about 10 colours and no pretty standard red colour at Christmas! I give 2 stars, I am sorry. My toe nails been damaged, as there was no sufficient time for them to soak in and the old gel was basically scraped from my toe nails. Struggling to say I would recommend it to a friend for a £14. Persons in training, and the beautician who did my nails was in training as she did my eyebrows (poorly, left hair!), indian head massage (felt like she had no training or experience at all and just “played” with my hair, and a foot massage which wasn’t great either) - shouldn’t change the full price. After giving a 4 times chance I most likely won’t be going back. The hairdresser Olivia was good and done my hair nicely.
My gel nails are lovely, really pleased. I prepaid for a pedicure for my daughter but the girl didn't know so she only received gel on her toes, was disappointed but she was offered a pedicure next time.
