Staff are lovey and friendly. I was not impressed there was a fluffy blanket on the treatment table...I wonder how many other bottoms have been on that, that day!!
The website is also misleading as the ladies wax is sides only, due to staff not being trained in Brazilian or Hollywood.
Unfortunately I didn’t have the Gel nails as the colours that were available were very limited and didn’t go with what I was wearing for the Wedding. Alicia was absolutely lovely! She just painted my nails with normal varnish followed by a top coat. I loved the colour. I was offered some money back as I didn’t have the Gel manicure but I chose to have the credit left against my name.
Eve was fantastic, great service, very friendly and the nails look fab.
Only thing to let it down was the lack of colours. I was expecting an array of reds, greens and sparkling colours with Xmas coming up, but was given more spring/summer shades
I did find a shade I liked, but would more seasonal options would be appreciated next time.
