My therapist was running late but the boutique did call me 15 minutes prior to my appointment to let me know.
The massage it’s self was excellent. My therapist was knowledgeable and gave advice as to future treatments
I booked via Treatwell for a Hollywood wax, however the salon rang me shortly after saying they don’t offer this type of treatment anymore. I asked for the appointment to be cancelled and refunded, however shortly after got an email saying my appointment had been changed not cancelled. I rang them again and they assured me they would cancel and refund. This never happened and I have now to dispute with treatwell to get my money back. Why they would offer a treatment online they don’t even do is beyond me, but to take my money and then not even refund me when I can’t have the treatment I’ve paid for is a disgrace. Would not even consider visiting her now.
Very friendly staff shame the salon was so quiet though. Nice glass of prosecco whilst I was pampered
I have been here twice now once for lashes and the second for a wash and blow dry. I’m 2 weeks in with my lashes and have only lost a few they are the best set I’ve had to date! Very thick and fluffy...The young girl who did my lashes was very pleasant and chatty as were the girls who did my hair on the second visit. Nothing is too much trouble and nothing is rushed. A lovely atmosphere with complimentary drinks and treats. You really get your moneys worth and is great value for money! Already booked to go back for more treatment.
