I absolutely love my eyebrows and I find it very hard to trust anyone doing them. But oana at the secret boutique warsop is amazing she made my eyebrows look beautiful and full!! When I arrived I just knocked on the door and she came out within minutes as with the covid 19 going you cant just walk in which is understable. I now have found someone I'll be going to!!
This salon is open!! Had my eyebrows waxed and tinted by Oana, she is amazing my eyebrows look so much better. I will definitely enjoy going back, thank you so much!
Absolutely thrilled with the results of having my eyebrow appointment yesterday. I’ve been having my brows done for about 18 months or so now and no one was as honest as Oana! She explained the process of how to get to my dream eyebrow shape and took her time to give me options show me what the end results would look like. She was professional, all covid procedures were followed, super friendly and really really good at brows. I’ll definitely be be going back, already booked it. She does lashes too so I can’t wait to see what magic she can work there. Thank you Oana x

So from the outside this shop looks like a clothes shop. However currently due to covid, theres what seems to be a one in one out system to avoid people contact (What is fab!) Just turn up dead on your appointment time and wait outside :)
Oana (Sorry if its spelt wrong) is so so wonderful, very welcoming and knowledgeable. This was my first time here and she made me feel at ease. I will 100% be coming back.

Do not book at this salon. You cannot get in touch with anyone to move or cancel appointments. Phone calls ignored, emails ignored. I am still £60 out of pocket with no word from the Salon.
