I was very disappointed by my gel nail treatment - first of all the therapist used normal nail polish instead of gel polish so had to redo everything, and on the second attempt she painted my nails very haphazardly. The finish is uneven and unprofessional and have had to book another appointment in another salon to get it redone.
No heating in salon is more likely to lead to hypothermia than relaxation.
Not a pleasant experience, cold, music did not work in room and staff openly discussing lack of qualifications for certain treatments they were giving.
Worst massage had.
