I had lash infills and was told that 45 mins isn’t long enough for my appointment and in future to call in book for an appointment which is fine. However the therapist didn’t do a great job and told me she couldn’t properly do them because of the time as she had another appointment. I don’t think this is acceptable I’ve paid for a treatment and wasn’t happy that my lashes weren’t properly finished. I’ve been to salon before when appointments have over ran so why couldn’t they finish mine?
Sharni was absolutely brilliant! I’m very fussy when it comes to my eye brows but sharni took her time and for the first time in a long time, I’m very satisfied with my eye brows!
I found Judy lovely made me feel at ease very good at her job and lashes are amazing thank you
