I was told that if my child cries I will be asked to leave (leaving me of course feeling on edge throughout the treatment, this is discrimination and should be stated that children are not welcome in there T&Cs) , and in addition to this the very next day the nail polish applied had chipped on every nail. Will not be going back.
Really happy with my lashes. The treatment rooms could be bigger (my feet were touching the wall as I was lying on the treatment table) and have more relaxing music playing, rather than the radio - but overall, it's a good place to get lashes done.
Really welcoming staffs, loved my gel pedicure and the colour I choose, unfortunately, it wasn't the same for my nails. Didn't like the colour I choose and the gel nail was runny as well, missed out a few of my nail edges and didn't look professional. I was offered another appointment to rectify it.
Have come to this salon regularly for a year. Consistent good service; pleased with the results. Special mention to Sharni who performs the best head massages. Despite having naturally short eyelashes she did a great job
