The worst Pedicure ever, the gel nail varnish lasted less than a week! The trainee staff member that done my pedicure didn't do a good job, she couldn't even use the nail clipper and none of my hard skin was removed, she barley touched my foot whilst rubbing in the foot cream. My 7 year old could have done a better job. cheap things are not always a good option. should of went to the Chinese nail techs opposite.
After booking, I read some more of the reviews, some very good and some very bad. So, I was a bit apprehensive about my massage.
The day before, my appointment was rearranged on treatwell - no one called me to rearrange it. I thought this was odd. So I changed the appointment back to the original time. Some time later I got a phone call asking if I could rearrange my appointment. I couldn't. I asked if someone had already tried to rearrange it, to which they said no. Strange? Anyway, all was fine. Then I get another phone call moments later, asking if I could again rearrange my time because someone had called in sick, I said that I couldn't but maybe I could arrive earlier. Then I received a text later that evening advising they'd managed to sort it, and they'd see me at my original time. Great, but this was all a bit annoying.
I arrived at my appointment early, I was seen at my original time.
Then there was some confusion over what I'd booked, what treatment and how long it was for. I ended up with a 1 hour full body massage rather than a neck, back and shoulder massage because the info was wrong on treatwell. That was all fine, I didn't mind. The therapist was good and she did a really good job. Shame I could hear a lot of noise outside the treatment room i.e. the busy high street, customers/staff talking outside the room and the music was a bit loud in the room too.
All in all the massage was great, but the whole rigmarole before puts me off going back.
