Once again my treatment was cancelled at last minute, this is the third time this has happened when I have booked an appointment. No explanation as to why my treatment was cancelled and when I called asking for a refund for my treatment that I never received I was referred back to treatwell as they say they have never received any money from them however the money has been taken from my bank. What a shocking way to run a business!!

I came in for candle massage not realising it was hopi ear not a massage so that maybe needs to be clearer what it is . In the end I had half an hour aromatherapy massage instead that was nice . thank you
