The vacuum pore cleansing was good, however I can’t understand what I received from the extra £30 facial. My eye make up was not removed at all, there seemed to be no serum, no eye cream, no lip cream. I had a mask on for 15 minutes whilst the therapist satin the room and was not offered a hand or foot massage. The total amount of time that should have been given to the two treatments was 1 hour 20 minutes, I was out of the salon after 65 minutes ( and 15 of those was lying with a face mask on)
