My appointment time was changed on the day but only by 15 mins. I received an email and notification via Treatwell app. When I arrived it was explained that one staff member was poorly and Sarah had to shuffle things around. I was delighted my appointment hadn’t been cancelled. Lots of colours to choose from and Sarah offered for me to try any that I liked. Having 30 mins to myself in a lovely quiet space was just what I needed.
