Thoroughly enjoyed our day, treatments were excellent but wish they had mentioned when we arrived that it would have been better to use the pool before our treatments, only realised after which was a shame.
The guy who did the cleaning was amazing, he never stopped all day and was constantly checking the facilities!

If I could suggest one area of improvement it would be the coffee/tea station, no clean cups when we arrived we had to wash our own, no glasses for water, no milk

Enjoyed a fantastic day with my mam, nice relaxing setting, luch from the running fox was beautiful with more than enough. Our treatments with Daisy were exceptional. She was very friendly and welcoming, very knowledgeable, would definitely have her again! 10 out of 10!
