Really enjoyed my deluxe pedicure. Staff member really lovely and overall experience excellent.Looking forward to my Spa Day in two weeks time.
Pedicure
The overall facilities at the Village Farm Secret Spa are comfortable and satisfactory but not exceptional. Having said that, the staff are very friendly and professional and you are made to feel really welcome. We had the 'day spa with lunch and fizz', which was excellent value for money. We also paid for additional treatments (full body massage and facial) and can't recommend them highly enough, they were second to none. Will definitely be going back for more amazing treatments.
Classic Facials
The Secret Spa is in a nice location in the country village Shilbottle, the drive to the location through the countryside is part of the nice experience which continued throughout the day. My wife and myself went 23/03/15, we were given the Spa Day with the hot stone body massage as a christmas gift from our family and we are so glad they did. From the moment we arrived we felt at ease and relaxed, Sarah one of the Spa staff met us and explained the itinary for the day and that her and her colleague Carlie would be looking after us for the day and that they did. We were shown around the lovely clean Spa facilities which we were impressed with before being taken to a lovely room where we were presented with a lovely breakfast including fresh coffee, cereal, fresh fruit and hot butter croissants. After this we changed into our swim wear and robes and slippers provided and began to use the facilities including a lovely jacuzzi, sauna steam room, adequate pool and relaxation room with warm mosaic loungers where there was water and coffee available to help ourselves to. We had our treatment just before lunch which was so relaxing, the treatment rooms are lovely and clean and well presented. Sarah and Carlie took time to explain what the treatment involved, did a health survey and even did a little test to see which oil would suit us best. The hot stone full body massage lasted 90 minutes and what a wonderful relaxing experience it was. We have had several treatments at various Spa's in the UK and on holiday abroad, and I can honestly say this was the best by far, the staff were really professional in both manner and appearance. Little touches like a bowl with scented oils and flowers in to look at as you are face down on the bed were nice. The lunch was just as nice as the breakfast, hot rolls, jacket potato with varied filings, fresh salad and a nice bit of chocolate fudge cake to finish. We then returned to continue our use of the lovely facilities for the remainder of our day. From start to finish this was a wonderful day, especially thanks to Sarah and Carlie. Would I recommend, absolutely, we will definitely be going back again and again.

Would highly recommend. Very easy going and relaxed environment, facilities all working and clean. Had to fill up tea/ coffee facilities myself.
Treatment very relaxing, everything used smelled gorgeous. Bed incredibly comfortable, blankets and towels felt lovely. Just wish it lasted longer!!
