Overall, we had a good day and the staff were excellent. However, the room where we relaxed was simply too hot - impossible to open a window or turn the heating down. Also the design of the building was higgledy- piggledy and one of the therapy rooms needs refurbishment. The area where we had lunch needs a good scrub-up and polish. The wooden banisters going up the stairs felt sticky. The food was excellent, but there were no glasses or water jug, and no serviette napkins. Even the glasses for the fizz had no shine - it all needed a little more 'polish' to bring it up to the standard of the rest of the spa.

I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment, and Carly really took notice of the areas I was having problems with. The communal areas of the dos were tired and could do with s refresh but I'd highly recommend the spa to friends and family. I've already booked another treatment and I'm more than happy to travel from Newcastle to enjoy the experience.
