I have had Hollywood wax done on many occasions, and it's always been almost pain free. Unfortunately this appointment was VERY painful and I do have a high pain threshold! There were a few attempts made to remove the sugaring paste when it was not ready to be removed - ouch! LOTS of hair was left behind too and the appointment lasted 23 mins which allowed for any additional "touch ups" in the 30 min that it was supposed to last. Won't be returning and wouldn't recommend,
