Serene is extremely thorough, professional, discreet and instantly puts you at ease. It is like going to see a friend, who happens to be excellent at her job! The whole process is over very fast. Even when it can be painful, Serene's professionalism helps you to manage this very quickly and it ends up being very short-lived.
I am always surprised at how quick the process is here and I am always very happy with the results.
I have been elsewhere but wouldn't go anywhere else now.

Serene is professional, knowledgable and friendly. The sugar wax was very affordable, good value for money, less painful and kinder on my skin. Just a little heads up because she advised me against a Hollywood this time and to trim the hairs down for next time but gave me a Brazilian instead so (probably others know better than me) but just trim the hairs right down before you go because the sugar only sticks to the hairs, so longer hairs could pull at the skin.
