Serene is the most professional, kindness and lovely girl I've ever met. She makes you feel comfortable during all the waxing session and the vibe in the room is calming and welcoming.
I started going there 1.5 years ago; I remember that I had to go every 3 weeks and now I am going every 6-7 weeks!!
Definitely a MUST; I would recommend it 200% :)
