Massages shouldn't be called massages if what Faisal gave me is a massage. You don't know what a massage is until you visit The Sevens Heaven Clinic.
As it was the first time I went to their clinic, before starting Faisal took the time to know my habits and a few things about myself that might have been influencing me and explore the more important thing to fix on my condition for good, and not only ease my pain a little bit. I had another treatment appointed but he suggested that it wouldn't be very helful to do so, and therefore suggested me a better treatment for the day. He also recommended me how to change my habits in order to manage stress and had a very nice inspiring remarks about life balance and living a health life.
I am a student at the moment and as I don't have a big budget, each pound I spend I have to really balance and think it through.... and I am glad to say that the money spent for my time with Faisal was the best spent in a long time!
In an unlikely location on busy Blackstock Road is a haven of calm and restorative peace. I went to Faisal with excruciating pain in my neck and shoulders. Using a combination of therapeutic massage techniques and cupping he was able to identify several tight spots in my body hitherto unnoticed by me, including in my hamstrings. I felt more integrated physically after the treatment, which took place in a clean and sweet-smelling well-appointed room. Would definitely return.
This clinic is a very special place, a true gem you perhaps wouldn't expect to find in the unlikely setting just a stone's throw from Finsbury Park station. Once inside away from the street and up the stairs you will find yourself in a serene, clean, light filled and simply furnished space. The clinic is run by two brothers - Faisal and Awais - and the therapies they offer which include training in Tai Chi and Qi Gong are all based on an integrated holistic philosophy.
Faisal is a calm, sensitive and thoughtful therapist. Before starting we had a short chat and he took some notes about my lifestyle, health etc. None of this time was deducted from the treatment and at no point did I feel time pressured. My facial rejuvenation treatment started with my hands. Yes my hands. But you know what it totally makes sense because the tensions and strains which weigh down the expressions on your face do not stop at the chin. By the time Faisal had worked his way up my arms I was already feeling more buoyant, my shoulders and neck were relaxed. I can see how this then added to the effectiveness of the facial work. He used a light oil and more pressure than a normal beauty facial. This was appropriate for me and Faisal adapts the technique on an individual basis. Afterwards I felt that my features had been lifted because the tension had been erased and my skin since has felt plumped up and my complexion glowing. I know you always feel better after a beauty treatment but I really feel this had a profound effect and in future this is the only kind of facial I will be having.
Booking was totally hassle free and I was able to get an evening appointment that was super convenient for me without any trouble.
Really comfortable atmosphere and professional masseur. He explained me the whole treatment process and gave me really useful advices to improve my quality of life and keep an happy mind in an healthy body. Really satisfying experience.
I had never had a massage before I went to Seven Heavens Clinic, and due to this I was really unsure what it was I needed as a treatment. I had a really stiff back, to the point that breathing could be uncomfortable, and my right shoulder area was extremely tight. I was TENSE.
It was Faisal who gave me the massage, and he was very kind and patient with me. The massage was a little painful, but now my shoulders live where they should, rather than next to my ears.
My massage couldn't fix the situation in one sitting, it would take at least one more visit, and regular exercise (which I had been avoiding). Faisal's advice was extremely valuable, and I felt bad taking up his time at the late hour of the day.
I encourage everyone with severe injuries and an 'unfixable ache' to see the guys at Seven Heavens, and get yourself released.
