I booked a Brazilian Lycon waxing, as I am a Lycon fan and I use it for around 7 years or more. I ONLY use Lycon on my skin. It´s mandatory for me.This is one of the places that advertises that uses Lycon, so I booked. However, there, she started to use the Lycon one, and then, to finish the service, Katarina started to use the strip waxing with another wax. I started to complain and she stopped. When doing the back (that´s why I booked a Brazilian, not the Bikini one), she started to use (again!) the strip waxing, with the other cheap wax. I was really angry as 10 minutes ago I was complaining that I didn´t want her to use any other type of wax on my skin, and she started to say that in the Brazilian waxing is not included the back (???). I said to her that yes, it´s included, and if by any chance, it´s not, she should have told me before starting to do it again with the strip one, something that I did not book and that I told her that I did not want her to use on my skin. I use Treatwell for 4 years, I always book my Brazilian Lycon waxing and never had any problem. All of them included the back. And all of them use Lycon ALL THE TIME, because it´s what we book and it´s what we expect. And after, I started to feel allergic. Obviously was not good for my skin. So please, take care with this beauty centre, as she wants to save her Lycon. I highly NOT recommend this place. I tried to solve the issue with Katerina immediately and she was not answering my questions and was really impolite. Also, don´t trust 100% that she will do your treatment in the day you want when booking a slot, as she cancelled with me last minute and we had to reschedule. Horrible experience.

Katarina was really lovely, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. It is a really handy location, and the Brazilian wax itself was very thorough - and the best value for money I could find in that area! Would definitely recommend
