I recently moved to London and needed to find a new salon. Katarina was incredibly welcoming and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I left incredibly happy and satisfied with my next appointment booked there and then! I would highly recommend.

I had a few stressful weeks at work and the massage at the Beauty Retreat was exactly what I needed to de-stress! Katarina was lovely and so welcoming, the room was very calming and after the treatment I felt so relaxed. I will definitely be coming back soon!
Pricing is not clear. During the facial she asked if I wanted to touch up my brows so I said yes because brow touch-ups are normally free during facials. She didn't clean anything off the top of my brow, only the bottom, and then told me that she doesn't take card at the end. If it's going to cost extra, she should have been upfront about it.
