My appointment was for 9:30am and I was 20 minutes late. There was no number to call to say I will be late, but the shop said it was fine I was late. Also it was a one hour and 45 minute appointment, which meant I still had 1 hour and 25 minutes remaining. However 39 minutes after arriving the stylist had finished my hair and I left the shop, meaning I still had another 45 minutes of time remaining. The colour was not left on for long enough, so all my whites are still visible.

I felt listened and valued as a costumer. My hair, although being very simple to cut, looks amazing! I will definitely come back!
