I had a seated massage as my problem areas are my neck and shoulders. Kate warmed up my muscles thoroughly before giving one of the best massages I've ever had. The salon is spotless and has a lovely relaxed vibe. Afterwards, she gave me some advice on how to help my neck pain in between massages. I'm booking in again very soon!

Magda is great and always makes you feel comfortable and welcomed as well as asking questions to ensure she tailors the treatment appropriately.
I can’t recommend The Shore enough.
