I am a regular visitor to the Shore Clinic and I always leave feeling more relaxed and minus any aches and pains that I previously had. Kate is excellent at pinpointing problem areas and tailoring her massage to suit. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Kate was brilliant. I feel so much less restricted. Tightness has gone. Kate also massaged my chest and it’s really helped with my range of motion in the gym. Can’t recommend her highly enough. I am going to make it a monthly thing. Thanks Kate.
