I had a deep tissue massage. My back was in a pretty bad state with lots of knots and Kate managed to get the knots out. I felt so much better afterwards. I've been to quite a few massage clinics over the years but this one is by far the best for both being made to feel welcome and relaxed and also for the quality of the massage. I would absolutely recommend Kate and will definitely be going back.
