Waxed my top lip repeatedly until it was very sore, no idea why that was necessary. I’ve had my eyebrows and lip waxed a hundred times before and this was particularly unpleasant. I had a £10 discount to redeem or else would have asked for a discount as it isn’t a cheap salon.

I’m so pleased, the lady did an amazing job with my eyebrows! She was really kind and attentive and her voice was really relaxing. The salon has a lovely ambiance as well, more like a spa than a salon
