First time using this Spa - The Spa and staff itself were amazing. Unsure if it was the first time the waxer had done the treatments though. Very slow and painful.

Amazing. The duty of care from Louise and attention to detail was incredible. Talking through my needs and how I felt to choose the right oils was an amazing touch.
