excellent and friendly as always
Lovely staff as always
The spa is small, quiet and beautifully peaceful, and my treatment was prompt and hugely enjoyable. The therapist really knew her stuff and I relaxed quickly and very much enjoyed the experience. Good value for money.
The pedicure began 20 minutes late, which of course is not ideal, and I was worried that she would rush through to get the job done -- on the contrary, my pedicure lasted about 15 minutes past when I was meant to finish, which was greatly appreciated. The actual painting was good, although the pedicure parts were very quick: less than 10 minutes I'd say. It's not particularly equipped for pedicures, either, although the venue is beautiful. All in all I'd say OK, although for the price (one of the more expensive pedicures I've had!) not worth it -- would want to pay that on a much more luxurious experience.
Least painful waxing I've ever had!! Brilliant!!
