The Spa has a clean, chic look with incredibly warm and friendly staff who are provide helpful advice when choosing the right treatment. Upon arriving, I learned that they were running slightly behind which wasn't a problem as the lovely therapist offered me some tea and a quick chat. The treatment was incredibly thorough and very relaxing, I almost fell asleep! To add to that, the therapist incorporated some massage techniques into the treatment for a rounded experience. I will definitely be returning as a regular.
