Staff were friendly and accommodating. Treatment was good. Great atmosphere and staff sorted out an issue with my booking with ease and without issue
Absolutely perfect. Professional staff, the manicure was great. The place has a really relaxing spa feel, much different from walking into a salon.
Lovely therapist who was completely unfazed by my very messy and short nails. Good selection of colours and nails looked perfect afterwards. Receptionist was friendly and offered me a selection of drinks and magazines, and the salon itself is very stylish, tidy and utterly spotless. Will be returning
The salon was clean and nice, and the staff very friendly. However, even though I informed about my skin concerns prior to the treatment - I got a completely wrong type of facial. My face turned very red and started to ache, and it took a couple of days before my skin got back to normal. The lady that was giving me the facial was very sweet about it and tried to help me finding something that would help my skin before I left the salon, but it turned out that the products she tried to sell me was completely wrong too. So, despite friendly staff, I didn't feel like I got any value for my money - nor the help and advice I really wished they could give me.
I had been looking around for a while for a new place to get my waxing done and what a find, I really love this place even after only one visit. The Spa is so clean and has a really relaxing atmosphere. My treatment was done with the highest professionalism and Stacey made me feel so at ease with the whole process as going to a new place for me is always a little daunting and I always feel a little embarrassed but not this time I felt so relaxed.
I would highly recommend this place and I can finally end my search because I will be using The Shoreditch Spa from now on. :D
