Wouldn’t recommend this as nail polish hasn’t lasted 2 days.. will stick to Gel in future! Description implied glass of champagne included but it wasn’t. Facilities seemed a little run down. Nail technician was lovely though!
Pedicure chair is right next to reception desk, hardly a pleasant soothing experience. The beautician sat on a small plastic footstool and her tools were placed on the plastic seat of a different stool…hardly hygienic. The tools weren’t even on a tray or paper towel, they were just placed directly on the stool seat.
She also made one of my toes bleed, I asked if it was bleeding and her comment was ‘you’ll be ok’. No apology was offered. Certainly won’t be returning to the Skin Centre.

This is my 3rd time at The Skin Centre and normally my wax goes fairly well. This visit however was hugely disappointing.
The Hollywood wax was by far the most painful I have ever experienced, my whole body was shaking and I was on the verge of tears the entire time.
The full leg wax was fine, but I noticed lots of hair on my thighs when I got home which isn't ideal.
The prices are so much higher than other salons as well, so I won't be coming back.
