When I first walked in I must have been stood there about 2-3minutes which doesn’t seem long but when the person at the till doesn’t acknowledge you and continues using a mobile phone along with another person putting together a vacuum to not say anything either you don’t really feel valued or welcomed as a customer. The girl carrying out my massage was lovely the only thing I would say is maybe have towel handy for women to cover their breasts when massaging the stomach area as this was a little uncomfortable for myself
