Very scammy place. I booked a massage with Lana, but a blonde girl with less experience came to treat me. I asked her to get Lana, so they sent me a black girl who introduced herself as Lana. However she wasn’t Lana, as I overheard other ladies saying that Lana is upstairs when the masseuse was on the ground floor. The massage was ridiculous, I got a head massage and half of the session was her pulling my hair. She finished the massage 10 MINS earlier and I needed to tell her to check the time.

Visited Skin Co Spa before but unfortunately this treatment was very painful, didn't have any technique and didn't relax me at all. There was a lot of people in the spa which is quite small, which made it feel very crowded & not relaxing. Sorry

This was a last-minute booking and I really enjoyed this facial, I was given a bespoke facial and had each step explained to me as it happened, with warnings about noises and sensations as different steps began (I think this is really great in terms of accessibility for neurodiverse clients, thank you!) A fire alarm was going off as I arrived so I didn't get to enjoy the very pretty-looking waiting area very much, unfortunately.
