Lovely, however could learn where all the points are on points are on the head and give a more traditional head massage. Lovely products.

This was my first time getting a facial and it was a great experience, not intimidating at all! The only feedback I’d give is to have something going on in the 10 minutes under the LED light like a shoulder or scalp massage
