Lourdess was very professional and knowledgeable. My lymphatic drainage massage was much needed. I felt so much lighter and relaxed afterwards. The headspa was outstanding. She used this electric head-massager that literally put me to sleep. She really put effort into making sure I felt relaxed. I felt like a new woman by the end of it. I would definitely book the same treatments and the same therapist again.

I had a terrible terrible experience at the skin Coast spa. I booked a massage for 45 minutes and it ended 20 minutes early. Spa has been ignoring me for over a week with regards to my refund and were extremely rude

I absolutely loved my time here! I will say though, I booked the City Spring Spa Escape, which should include 10 min Foot Ritual, 20 min Lifting Bliss Yoga Facial and 30 Life Saving Massage. I only got the 30 mins massage and 30 mins in the sauna area, which I didn’t realise was included in the package. So I was slightly disappointed not to receive the foot massage and facial. I am, however, happy with the massage I got and the time I got in the sauna area (I thought 4 stars would be too harsh)
