I want to give a higher review, however was a bit disappointed by the service because it took a long time to begin the facial. It was supposed to be 55 min facial, but my 1:45 appointment was only held at 2:00 p.m. and complete at 2:30 p.m. The facilities, aesthetician and tools used were great, however I did not think I got the full value of what I paid for.
