Very good facial, the practitioner cleansed the skin well, used steam and extraction followed by a chemical peel and 15mins under the LED lamp. The products are really high quality (Medik8). The only downside was the extraction - it only lasted a few mins and it wasn’t really a proper extraction. I hoped to focus more on that and this was one of the main reasons I booked the 1hr facial because my skin has blemishes - but happy with the rest of the treatment and the peel.

Very pleased with the result. I had my appointment with Jill and she was simply amazing. Although my appointment started 15 mins late, it didn't really affect overall experience since I felt very relaxed afterwards. Thank you
