My first visit here was fantastic, so I booked again after a stressful week. This time was a huge letdown. The therapist was nonchalant and unprofessional, never checked in, and the massage felt lazy and unpleasant, I even considered ending it early. I ended up leaving tense rather than relaxed. Such a contrast to my first visit. I’d like to think this was a one-off and would return if the salon makes it right.
