Mary was an amazing aesthetitian. She made me feel comfortable, and gave me a step by step routine of what she was applying during the treatment. She was fantastic and the treatment felt and looked flawless. Overall a wonderful experience :)

Mary took me to another dimension with my head massage. She was incredibly attentive to my care from the beginning, asking if the room temperature was okay during treatment, right up to offering me warm tea afterward. Highly recommend!

The facial treatment experience was good, however a few feedback points for future therapist training.
I had an add-on to the booking and should have had 30 mins of treatment + 10 mins of the add on head massage. When the therapist saw the booking for head massage, she looked confused and muttered "head massage..? okay". The Spa should brief their staff on what's being offered. The whole treatment + add on was only 30 mins, which is not what's displayed on the Treatwell booking.
